Refund policy

We accept refund and return requests for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, orders may already be in processing and changes may no longer be possible.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted by default. However, exceptions may be made in cases of serious misunderstanding or where local consumer law requires it. In approved return cases, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required by law. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Refunds:

We will notify you once your refund request or approved return has been reviewed. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
